Connecting drivers to the subject of Child Exploitation is what makes this course so successful.
It is mandatory for all PHV, taxis and transport providers to receive effective and practical training on Safeguarding and Exploitation . We do not believe in online embedded training, especially for our frontline drivers. We have one shot to impact their thoughts on this subject and implore them to report what they are seeing.
Training can also cover providers’ response to working with passengers who have additional needs, as we can bolt on requested topics. We also offer Disability Awareness and Equality & Diversity.

Hotels and private rentals, such as Airbnb, can often be used for grooming and facilitation purposes. People working with young people can, at times, be completely unaware of what they are legally entitled to when their child goes missing. This can be residential staff, foster carers and teachers.
The session will ensure all are given the competence and confidence to protect their children at a most vulnerable moment.
Including role play, we actually call the police and report a child missing. We hear their response and we challenge effectively.
Staff have stated that this course has helped them understand the necessity of action, determination and the power to never give up. This course builds confidence in workers when dealing with a particularly scary situation.
